Interested in Volunteering at Hexter? Here is how to get started!
Make a difference at Hexter Elementary and other Dallas ISD campuses by signing up through Dallas ISD's VOLY check.
To volunteer during the 2025–2026 school year (including class parties, room parent roles, library assistance, cafeteria support and other on campus events) you will need to submit an updated 25/26 application in VOLY.
This is a requirement each school year.

Record Your Volunteer Hours
Every hour you give counts toward Hexter's funding. Dallas ISD uses recorded volunteer hours to demonstrate community engagement, which directly supports grant eligibility and school resource allocation.
After each volunteer event, please log your time through the PTA Membership Toolkit. It takes less than a minute and makes a real difference for our school's budget and programs.
